Here on this edition of Church Health Thursday, we are going to continue our focus of reintroducing our Regional and Church Planting Coaches.
Today, we are going to hear from Rev. Adam Kline. On October 1, 2024, he assumed an interim role of Regional Coach for Central Ontario. Then on Jan 1, 2025, we were so blessed to have him officially appointed as a Regional Coach.
Adam’s past work with the Intercultural Engagement Team had already established him as a trusted guide for churches navigating various transitions and challenges. His expanded focus as Regional Coach has now enabled him to support Central Ontario churches, which have many multi-ethnic congregations, more intentionally with their health, and helping them flourish even more in their ministry.
Presently, Adam is the Director of Intercultural Missions here at FMCiC, works with the EFC and is also dedicating one day a week to serving as a Regional Coach. Adam brings his experience, a heart for healthy churches, and a passion for walking alongside and equipping leaders.
