Racial Justice and Ethnic Equity
In 2020, the Racial Justice and Ethnic Equity Task Force team was created and began meeting regularly to develop a mandate and begin research.
The Free Methodist Church in Canada (FMCiC) position on women in leadership (a fully egalitarian posture), whilst not new, is a counter-cultural position within western evangelical Christianity.
The purpose of the Intergenerational Ministry Task Force is to investigate the current understanding of this ethos as it is being experienced at the local church.
