M. Elizabeth Tufts (nee Gawley) ~ October 29, 1928 – September 16, 2010 ~

Elizabeth passed peacefully at Campbellford Memorial Hospital on September 16, 2010 in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of Rev. Robert Tufts of Campbellford, ON. Greatly missed by her children Edie Treverton, Anne & Tom Ward, Allen & Kathy Tufts and Karen & Peter Watson. Loving grandmother of Rob, Catherine, Dale & Georgie, Donald, Sara, Jeremy & Emily, Emily, Duncan and Allayna. Great-grandmother of Davis, Mackenzie, Kayla & Ethan.

Elizabeth married Bob in 1949. They added 4 children to their family as they ministered to churches in eastern Ontario and northern New York State, ending up in Campbellford, where they continued to work, and later retired.

A Memorial Service was held in the Free Methodist Church, Warkworth, ON on September 20th, 2010. Rev. Stephen Bond and Rev. Lloyd Eyre officiated.
