Marion peacefully went to meet her maker on Sunday February 28, 2021 at the age of 81. Predeceased by her parents Gerald and Hazel Traviss formerly of Keswick, Ontario and her sister and brother-in-law, late Audrey and Gaston Hebert. Lovingly remembered by her brother Paul and his wife Linda of Keswick. Dear aunt of Cortney (Jason Kay) of Keswick, Ashley (Christopher O’Halloran) of Oshawa, Brittany (Justin Girard) of Keswick, and Alysha (Eric Whent) of Innisfil. Great-Aunt of Madelyne, Avayah, Azlyn, and Olivia. Marion will be missed by the many families and individuals she has touched in her years of service as a Missionary in India 1966 – 1972 and as a Minister and Teacher in Bracebridge; Campbellford; Cordova Mines; and Watertown, NY. Marion was ordained a Deacon in 1978 and an Elder in 1985 in the FMCNA. She served in Bracebridge from 1978-1984, and then she took a leave of absence to teach in a Christian school. She transferred her credentials into the Standard Church, which is now the Central New York District of the Wesleyan Church (in 1994 or 1995?). She retired (in 2003) and moved back to Canada. She was then appointed as pastor at Cordova Mines from 2004 to 2014.
