Stephen Palin was born in Washington State in 1951, and passed away in 2024 in New Westminster, BC at the age of 72. After graduating from Seattle Pacific University, he was appointed by the Pacific Northwest Conference as pastor to the New Westminster Church in British Columbia. He was to spend his entire career of more than thirty years ministering in that church. Coming to Canada, he brought with him his wife, Priscilla, and together they raised two girls, Elizabeth and Rebecca. Stephen was a powerful preacher and a gifted administrator. His people loved him.
