Benefits Summary
As part of working together, we are able to provide group benefits coverage with Desjardins Insurance for employees. Premiums are shared between the local employer (church/camp) and the employee. Any employees working at least 20 hours per week are eligible to apply for our group benefits coverage which includes:
- Life Insurance
- Dental
- Dependent Life Insurance
- Long Term Disability
- Supplementary Health Expense
- Accidental Death and Dismemberment
- Emergency Travel Assistance
Application for coverage must be signed by the employee and received by The Ministry Centre by the 24th of the calendar month. Coverage is effective one month from the employment start date and is available till one month after termination. In case of late entrant registration, please email the payroll department at: payroll@fmcic.ca
