We are excited to share the latest edition of Church Health Thursdays! Over the months to come, alongside important updates, news, and insights, we’ll be focusing on reintroducing our Regional and Church Planting Coaches.
As of January 1, 2025, we warmly welcomed Rev. Craig Peters to the Regional Coaching Team, where he is now coaching the Eastern Ontario region. You can find all our regions and their respective coaches listed: https://fmcic.ca/regional-coaches/
This past summer, Craig celebrated 40 years of pastoral ministry experience, with 22 years spent in Free Methodism and 18 years in the Wesleyan Church. Over the course of his ministry, he has served in several communities, including Renfrew, Napanee, Madoc, Bramalea, North Gower, Kingston (Polson Park), and currently, Harrowsmith.
During his time with the Wesleyan Church, Craig was certified as a ministry coach and has played a key role in various visioning and discernment processes, both for the churches he has served and for other pastors and churches seeking guidance.
Presently, Craig is the lead pastor at Harrowsmith FMC, dedicating one day a week to his new coaching role. He brings a wealth of knowledge, a compassionate heart, and a genuine desire to support the churches in Eastern Ontario on their journey.
