Vern Frudd has served the Free Methodist Church in Canada as a pastor for 40 years. As he stepped into retirement, he continued to serve in new ways. For the past eight years, he has been the Regional Coach for BC, Alberta, and Northwest Ontario.
In this role, he has also served as a Transitional Pastor for three congregations, walking with them as they rediscovered who they were, identified what they needed, and discerned their next steps forward.
He loves coming alongside pastors, listening to their joys and challenges, offering encouragement and insight, and faithfully holding them in prayer. He believes deeply that pastoral ministry is an incredible calling—and that pastors deserve strong support as they lead and serve.
