Travel Plan Information

We’re looking forward to welcoming you to the upcoming Ministers’ Conference. While the full agenda is still being finalized, we wanted to provide you with the key start and end times to help with your travel planning. We will begin with supper at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, followed by the first session at 7:00 p.m. The conference will conclude on Thursday after lunch at 12:00 p.m.

Opportunity for Networks to connect

There will be time set aside on Wednesday afternoon, from 3:15-5:15 pm, for Networks to meet.

Accommodations

We have a special rate with the Sandman Hotel Saskatoon – North Location (310 Circle Drive West, Saskatoon, SK S7L 2Y5).  The rate is $139/room/night for both standard 1 and 2 queen bedrooms.*  Rooms are subject to availability, so it’s important to make a reservation as soon as possible so that you secure a spot. We also have very limited spaces for those who would wish to be billeted in one of the homes of our FMC members residing in the area.  If you are interested in this option, please contact Monique Alexander (monique.alexander@fmcic.ca) to request a space.  This will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

*Please Note: GST and PST are charged in addition to the base room rate at the Sandman Hotel.

Registration & Meals

In addition to booking your accommodations, please be sure to register for the event! Meals are being provided through a local caterer.  The cost of the meal package is $115/person (including taxes), and it covers dinner on the first day, all meals on the second day, and breakfast and lunch on the third and final day.
