Local Youth Called to Peru

My name is Judah Frentz. I’m about to turn 18 years old and my faith has become an important part of who I am. I attend Northview Community Church in Regina, Saskatchewan, where I’ve grown through community and service.

A faith-based trip to Peru matters to me because it challenges me to step outside my comfort zone and live out my faith in a real way.

Serving others and experiencing a different culture will help strengthen my relationship with God and my trust in him. I believe this will be an important moment in my faith journey.

My name is Joel Frentz and I am 15 years old. I attend Northview Community church and youth group in Regina, Saskatchewan.

I want to go to Peru to deepen my faith and my understanding of Christ. I want to see with my own eyes how God is working in different parts of the world, while also being able to enjoy the people and experience the culture and the land.

My name is Abigail Dinsmore. I am from Regina, Saskatchewan. I’m 14 years old and in grade 9. I love music and art. I am looking forward to experiencing the culture in Peru and visiting the other churches. I hope to make new relationships and grow in my relationship with Christ. As an added bonus, I love bugs and hope to see some really spectacular ones while I’m there.

My name is Sarah Stephenson, I’m 15 years old, and I attend Northview Community church. My faith in Christ has been growing significantly over the past three years, giving me the chances to do new things I’ve never imagined for myself, like going to a different continent with the intent of seeing the Lord throughout the trip. I’m going to Peru to experience people with different walks of life worshipping the same God I do, and to open my eyes to the love of Jesus in any country.

If you have questions about this trip or would like to financially support youth going please email Paula at:paula.moriarity@fmcic.ca
