Not if, but when a Crisis Hits!

Are we ever ready for a crisis to happen within our churches? Melodie Bissell, President of Plan to Protect, will provide an overview of how a church board and leadership can weather a storm that could potentially destroy your ministry. This workshop will provide an opportunity to discuss the differences between problems within a church and an actual crisis. We will also consider each stage of a storm, including before the storm, the storm on the horizon, the eye of the storm and picking up the pieces after the storm has occurred.
