We expect you to bring these documents with you to General Conference. You can do that in three (3) ways.
- Download here and bring them on your laptop [we will have a limited number of power outlets available in each section within the bar that must be shared . . . if you are planning on using your laptop you may want to bring a small extension cord].
- Download and print. Put them in your own binder.
- Send an email request NO LATER THAN THURSDAY, MAY 12 to Davika Dotson that a binder be prepared for you since you are not able to print the documents.
We do suggest that you print all documents and put them in a binder. That way you can take notes when the Study Teams are giving their presentations as much of their material will be additional to the written report. You can also jot down your thoughts so that when you are making your presentation to the congregation and/or debriefing with your delegation, you have clarity on different points.
If you are printing your documents we recommend, where possible, that you use the double-sided feature to reduce the amount of paper that you will need.
Please also note that there will not be wireless access in the main auditorium. Wireless access in your hotel room is available for a fee (please contact the hotel for additional information at 1.800.905.2811)
