COVO: A HISTORY AND INVITATION TO THRIVING IN COVOCATIONAL MINISTRY

How does a church think about having a leader that isn’t paid to work full-time? How does a pastoral leader approach this? What do the Bible and history offer to help us with this process? How can we re-envision the role of a church leader with this reality in mind? This reflective and participatory workshop will get you started with a foundational perspective and practical next steps to respond in the situation that God has placed you.
