Workshop Description: Is your church in transition because of a pastoral exit? Are you anticipating a transition in the not-too-distant future? If so, this workshop is for you. We will explore how to prepare for transition as well as navigate a transition when it comes. This workshop is designed with both church leaders and pastors in mind.
